7-day terms
Pay within 7 days of the invoice date on new orders once unlocked.
- 100 kg completed
15-day terms
Pay within 15 days of the invoice date on new orders once unlocked.
The thresholds are your cumulative coffee purchases over time, including your first order. Only delivered, fully paid coffee counts. Supplies and training do not count. New terms apply to new orders; existing invoice due dates stay the same. Any individual agreement is confirmed for your account.

Can I see wholesale prices?
Yes. Browse our coffees and public prices without an account. For a supply proposal, tell us your business needs and expected volume. Any agreed business pricing is confirmed with you.
Do I need to place one 50 kg order?
No. The 50 kg and 100 kg thresholds are total completed coffee purchases over time. Only delivered and fully paid coffee orders count.
Are payment terms available on my first order?
The standard starting arrangement is payment in advance. You build towards 7-day and 15-day terms through your completed coffee purchases. Individual arrangements are confirmed for your account.
What happens after I send my enquiry?
Our team contacts you to discuss coffee, expected volume, pricing and delivery. When you’re ready to order, we’ll help you activate a customer account for ordering, Rewards and building payment terms. No account or order is created by this form.
Can I speak to someone first?
Yes. Talk to Brewing Club on Messenger and include your business name, location and expected coffee volume.
